University of Málaga Receives the Erasmus+ Quality Recognition 2025 at SEPIE Event in Madrid thanks to project CARE

The University of Málaga (UMA) has been awarded the Erasmus+ Quality Recognition 2025 in the field of Adult Education, granted by the Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE). The award was presented during an official ceremony held at the Teatro Real in Madrid, a landmark venue for major institutional events at national level.

The University of Málaga was represented at the event by Professor Ana María Castillo, who attended the ceremony on behalf of the institution. This recognition highlights UMA’s strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and impact in the development of Erasmus+ projects.

Among the initiatives contributing to this achievement, the CARE – Climate Action and Responsible Engagement project has been distinguished as an example of good practice in the successful design, implementation, and management of an Erasmus+ project.
